What do you know about the common lighting way in your life?

For daily family life, lighting is essential. According to the direction of light emission, we usually divide into direct lighting, semi-direct lighting, overall diffuse lighting, semi-indirect lighting and indirect lighting (as shown in the figure below). The following common lighting methods and application scenarios in daily life, most of you must have seen.

In daily domestic life, LED lamp tube, shoot light, absorb dome light, droplight and so on belong to direct illume, lamp groove of sitting room coniferous top belongs to indirect illume, be born desk lamp belongs to half indirect illume.

For example, CAI Jianqi, a health lighting expert, director and researcher of visual health and safety Protection Laboratory of China Standardization Institute, and his team have believed that indirect lighting is superior to direct lighting through experimental research and analysis of human visual function.
